Here is all the basic information you will need regarding the association for the upcoming season.

Here are dates of importance:

COACHES CLINIC: The clinic is back, and it can’t happen soon enough! Chris Metz will host the clinic on Sunday, 2/4 at Souhegan High School. Check in starts at 8 am! Josh Coughlin is going to be running the silent auction for the BCANH student scholarships, so be ready to spend!

All-State Meeting: The coaches clinic is set for May 26th, check in starts at 8 am. Please be aware, per our by-laws, you may nominate your players no matter your status with the association- but you may only vote if you have paid our dues. We do a very good job assuring the right kids are recognized, so we will continue with how we have done things for the past couple decades.

Golf Tournament: We will be doing our Annual Golf tournament to benefit the scholarship program in early-mid July.

Hall of Fame: We have the frame work in place for our hall of fame, we just need to have people to help organize it. It is a much-needed honor for those that have come before us.

UNDERWOOD GAMES:

The Underwood Games are on June 17th. We have a few coaches interested in being involved with the event and are always looking for more participation. If you are interested then please contact me via email. The tryout date is set for June 11th.

TWIN STATE GAME: We will be playing VT in the annual Twin State game. I am waiting on VT to confirm a date, but this year the games will be played either at White River Jct. or somewhere in Central NH. We are going to alter the make up of the NH team. We have gotten absolutely destroyed the past two years. We made the decision to include D2 kids as well to make the game more competitive. Coach Bill Bundy from Stevens has agreed to be the head coach again this year! I believe we were looking at holding a practice for the team as well (VT has 2-3 practices).

Fundraising:
I think it is safe to say that most of us rely on fundraising to make our programs the best they can possibly be. Our association has long been sponsored by Adrenaline Fundraising. Through their generous donations many events were made better through shirts, funds or facility upgrades. Adrenaline Fundraising has created a completely virtual method of fundraising. It is highly recommended that, if you are looking to raise funds, you consider giving Adrenaline a shot- it is easily the top fundraising option in New  Hampshire!

Website/Dues/Dates: Finally, please visit the website for all your information on the BCANH association. There you will find dates, forms to fill out (easily), dues information, etc.  www.bcanh.org

-      Coaching Records:

o   The records page remains as up-to-date as the information provided says it does. It is not easy to keep track of all the moving pieces for the whole state.
It is the goal to maintain accurate coaching records and accomplishments. PLEASE go to the website to fill out the simple form. That information goes right into a spreadsheet that allows the process of updating to be much more reasonable. Here is the link to the page (go to the “submit coaches records here” tab in the upper right hand corner.

-      Dues:

o   Dues are still $50. I have attached a copy of the 2024 invoice.

-      New coaches: If you know of a coach who is no longer coaching but is listed on the website, please let me know! I will update it.
